I’m supposed to start a gratitude journal. I have no idea what that would even look like. Just a list of things I’m grateful for? Is it a top 3 list, or a stream of consciousness? The idea is to promote positive thinking – so is this deliberation missing the point altogether?
Is worrying that I’m doing a gratitude journal “wrong” defeating the benefits of the journal in the first place?
So anyways… off to a great start! Let’s be Zen for a minute.
- I’m grateful that I get to wake up without an alarm.
