Today I’m grateful for my mind. I’m grateful that I am interested in and able to change who I am, and how I live.
I’m grateful that I have a group of friends who can talk to each other openly and honestly. I’m grateful for my friend who keeps trying (and succeeding) at bringing us closer together. I’m grateful for him being a good example in my life. I’m grateful that I get to be a good example to others. I’m grateful that they feel comfortable reaching out to me.
I’m grateful that I’m starting to see the “tides” of my weeks. I’m grateful I have so much time to focus on staying afloat through these tides.
I’m grateful for my ability to read through negativity, even when that negativity is my own.
I’m grateful for this gratitude experiment. I’m grateful for the advice that led me to it. I’m grateful the opportunity to share it with others.
