Self Portrait (Emotions) – 2023

Project Description
Felt like time for another self portrait, so I slapped one together. I felt like I haven't been very expressive lately, and so I wanted to get some pictures where I was making faces. The range is supposed to be more->less negative as you move across the image. The center image is a standard photo smile, not showing the emotions behind it.

While taking these photos, I was blasting music in my living room - everything from Linkin Park to Miley Cyrus. I took an entirely different set of pictures, and then I saw my faces when I was singing and ignoring the camera, and retook the whole set.
